Workout: Intensity & Consistency

A clip from my workout this morning.

I was feeling a little tired and sick, but decided to workout anyway. By the end I was feeling strong and empowered.

This is 7 minutes near the midway point of my 2 hour workout.

It’s not about being perfect, it’s about giving whatever you’ve got.
