For better or worse Vipassana is the most popular form of meditation retreat right now.<\/p>\n

Vipassana is mostly First Turning of the Wheel Dharma with a little bit of Second sometimes mixed in.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s kind of like running the Blackberry OS instead of the iOS on an iPhone.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve done Vipassana and it\u2019s not resonating as a deeply as you know a meditative path could for you, your soul may be ready for a different path, later in the genealogical evolution of Dharma.<\/p>\n

I recently came across this post from a friend of mine. It\u2019s solid.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve personally done Dan Brown\u2019s level 1 retreat and work closely with teachers in his Tibetan lineage.<\/p>\n

I highly recommend it.<\/p>\n
