After I returned from my weeklong Dzogchen Meditation retreat I went to the Banya and blew my 46\u00b0 cold plunge record out of the water.<\/p>\n

From 25 minutes to 31 minutes.<\/p>\n

BOOM!<\/p>\n

I am the master of mind.<\/p>\n

My mind is the master of my body.<\/p>\n

With bodhicitta \u2014 the intention to become enlightened to be in service to all beings,<\/p>\n

And with diligence in walking the path,<\/p>\n

The path reveals itself to itself by itself.<\/p>\n

And a natural intelligence and purification spontaneously unfolds.<\/p>\n

The ordinary unceasingly dissolves into the extraordinary.<\/p>\n

In the frigid waters of the cold plunge the ordinary is dissolved,<\/p>\n

By my internally generated heat.<\/p>\n

And the flames of the fire of inexhaustible enlightened activity are fanned and stoked.<\/p>\n
